At Basic Co., we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@basicco.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@basicco.com and we'll make it right immediately.
