All Basic Co. orders are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and produced within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. This is in addition to shipping transit time.

Shipping Times

• United States: 5–10 business days after production
• International: 10–20 business days after production

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@basicco.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Basic Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
